From January 23 to February 4th, OTA kids from the Douala, Bonaberi, and Sawaland centers took place in the 1st (hopefully Annual) ALLIANZ Cameroon Tennis Open in Douala.  Playing on Wednesdays and Saturdays to work around school schedules, the kids took first in all three categories they entered (8-9 years, 10-12 years, and 13-14 years).  The kids played so well that the tournament organizers even set up a special exhibition match before the men’s finals match for the kids, who proceeded to wow the crowds.  Unfortunately, some OTA kids were not able to participate, since their school schedules would interfere with the tournament.
